Help Us Protect Freedom of Vaccine Choice in Vermont!

The legislature is considering bills, H 43 and H 148, that allow minors 16 and older to consent to vaccines in accordance with the schedule recommended by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. Consent of the parent or guardian would not be needed and eliminates the religious belief exemption to vaccines required for school and daycare in Vermont, respectively.

Parents have a right to make their own decisions about treatments for their children based on informed consent. Limiting a patient's ability to make informed decisions about what gets put into his or her body violates medical ethics.

Write to your elected officials and urge them to oppose H 43 and H 148.
